How long will it take to get my order?

  • United States: if you have opted for Express shipping at checkout, your parcel will arrive within 2-3 business days, 6-10 business day if using our Standard shipping method.

Where is my order?

  • Our goal at Blue Bungalow is to ship all orders within 24 hours of your purchase (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • In fact, if you place your order before 10pm PST / 1am EST from Monday to Friday, your order will leave our warehouse that day.

  • Once your parcel has been collected by DHL, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking number. You can also access this information via your online account.

Returns

My order has arrived, but it doesn't fit. How do I return my items? Can I get a refund?

      • We understand that sometimes, things are just not quite right. Our returns process is very quick and easy. Simply search 'returns' using the search bar to start the returns process.

        You can choose between a standard refund or an instant refund through Refundid.

        You will be issued a returns label to send the parcel back - a flat rate of $9.95 will be deducted from your refund total to cover the cost of the return shipping label.

I received a faulty/incorrect item, what do I do?

  • Please contact our Customer Care team as soon as you receive your order via help@bluebungalow.com.au. Please include your order number, and any photos and relevant information regarding the issue so that we can fix this asap.

I have sent a return back, have you received it? 

  • You will be able to track your return with the tracking number received when you lodged your return and will be sent an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

  • You will, however, be issued your refund as soon as your item is scanned as "in transit", provided that you used the return shipping label that we provide.
  •  
  • If you used your own shipping label, please allow 1-3 business days for our team to process a return once it is received by our warehouse.

Can I return an item bought using Afterpay?

  • Yes. The same returns policy applies for all orders regardless of their payment method. For more information, see returns.

I don't want to use Refundid. How should I proceed?

  • No worries at all! Simply select Standard Refund - you will be able to generate a USPS return label for US $9.95 that you can print and affix to your return parcel. Your refund will be issued as soon as your return parcel is scanned as "in transit" by our courier partners.

    Be sure to include your returns card to make it faster for our returns team to process when received.

      • Finding the right size when online shopping is tricky at the best of times, let alone when shopping on a site that stocks many different brands, all with different sizing standards (yep! that's us - but stick with us, we've done something about it).

      • Size guides you're used to seeing are generic, or where they are specific, only the sample size has actually been measured. If you ask us, that's just not good enough.
      •  
      • For every style you find on our website, our team has laid each size our on our measuring table, whipped out the measuring tape, and jotted down the exact measurements of the garment at the bust, hip, waist, length, etc.
      •  
      • It takes a little longer to do it this way, but saves you time returning something that was never going to fit in the first place.

        Next time you're browsing the site, look out for the Size Guide icon above to the size selector to find the exact garment measurements. Compare them against your own body measurements to know which size will fit you best. You might be a size 16 in one style, and a S/M in another.

        And look out for the "Best Fits" column in the Size Guide - we'll indicate if you should size up, down or go with your regular size based on our measurements and the fit testing that is done everyday here at Blue Bungalow HQ.

How will I know if an item will fit me or not?

  • Every garment on the Blue Bungalow website has been measured by our team to ensure you purchase the right size every time. When you're on a product page, simply click on the "Size Guide" icon to see our size recommendations and garment measurements.

Placing an Order

Do I need to have an account to place an online order?

      • No, you can process your order as a guest. When you arrive at the checkout page, simply check out as a guest and enter your details manually before placing your order.

I put the wrong information at checkout, what do I do?

  • Quick, give our Customer Care team a call on +1 561-571-8637 and we can try and change your details before it is dispatched. If your order has already left our warehouse, and you have supplied the wrong address, we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned to us before we can re-ship it to the correct address.

I have a gift voucher/online credit code/subscriber discount code, how do I use it?

  • At the checkout stage of your online order, enter the full code that you have received on the right-hand side of the page in the "Discount code or gift card" box:
